Every Thursday night we get together with some of our friends for a dinner night. It's really gives us a chance to hang out with good friends and show of our specialty dishes. Joey and I hosted at our house last week and I made an Italian dinner that consisted with hot spinach and artichoke dip, homemade lasagna, green salad and garlic bread. After dinner we usually play video games, cards or just hangout and chat. This particular night we decided to help our friend Cassie get ready for her open house party she was going to have the following weekend, what better way to help than making Jell-O-shots?!? We started off thinking that we would make a couple batches........250 Jell-O-shots latter we called it good;-) We put the shots in a witch’s caldron for the party and it was a hit!
Yesterday we went to Eckman home and enjoyed good company along with a great dinner made mostly of fresh produce from the garden. Cassie made us fresh salsa and stuffed bell peppers...yummy! We are so lucky to have such wonderful friends!
